1. RIGHT OF RETURN
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
Returned items must be:

– Unwashed
– Undamaged
– In original packaging with all labels attached
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Personalized, customized, or specially produced items are not eligible for return.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COST
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
5. REFUND PROCESS
Any issues related to defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item and processed within 7–14 business days.
6. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
