Where are your products made?

All Happy Cat Mom products are produced on demand by trusted international fulfillment partners located in Europe and the United States. This allows us to offer high-quality items and fast worldwide delivery.

Yes. All product descriptions and images accurately represent the items being sold. The product you receive will match the description and specifications displayed on the product page at the time of your order.

No. We only sell physical products such as apparel, accessories, and lifestyle items.

At the moment we do not offer personalized products. If this option becomes available in the future, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

How can I pay for my order?

All payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Orders are shipped from international fulfillment centers in Europe and/or the United States, depending on product availability and destination.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–12 business days

Other countries: 7–15 business days

Exact estimated delivery time is shown to you at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days before shipping.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.

Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.
